Your Tasks

• Develop competitive, creative, and profitable customer proposals with accurate cost and pricing calculations.
• Ensure contracts, offers, and GTAs are high-quality, accurate, and aligned with proposal requirements.
• Coordinate and document assumptions with Product Management and relevant departments, especially when deviating from standard processes.
• Collaborate with Sales to support and conduct negotiations during the proposal phase.
• Manage the smooth handover of contract details to execution teams after signature.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners while maintaining deep product knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-mortem analysis and proactive enhancements to tools and processes.

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering or business administration with strong financial and commercial knowledge, and at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role in aerospace or a similar industry.
• MRO and/or engine knowledge is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style with strong safety, quality, and cost awareness.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP.
• Fluent in English (C1); proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
