Your Responsibilities

• Provide competitive, profitable, and creative proposals to customers.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of costs/pricing calculations for proposals.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and applicability of contracts, offers, and GTAs of proposals.
• Coordinate inputs and assumptions with relevant subject matter experts.
• Support and conduct negotiations alongside the Sales team during the proposal phase.
• Facilitate a smooth handover of relevant contract information to executing departments post-contract signature.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and partners.
• Support post-mortem and close-loop analysis.
• Maintain a continuous and proper level of product knowledge.
• Provide proactive improvement ideas on internal tools and processes.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial position within the aerospace industry or a comparable industrial environment.
• MRO and/or aerospace engine knowledge is desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, precisely, and responsibly.
• Open-minded, dedicated team player.
• High awareness of safety, quality, and cost management.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and SAP.
• Fluent in English (C1), with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset.
