Position: Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, competitive, profitable, and innovative proposals tailored to our customers' needs. You will also support and conduct contract negotiations in collaboration with our Sales Department. Additionally, you will ensure the smooth handover of relevant contract information to other departments for effective execution post-contract signature.

Your Tasks

• Provide competitive, profitable, and creative proposals to customers
• Ensure quality and accuracy of costs/pricing calculations of proposals
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and applicability of contracts/offers/GTAs of proposals
• Coordinate inputs and assumptions with all relevant subject matter experts
• Support and conduct negotiations alongside Sales during the proposal phase
• Facilitate the smooth transition of relevant contract information to executing departments after contract signature
• Build relationships with customers and partners
• Support post-mortem and closed-loop analysis
• Maintain a continuous level of product knowledge
• Provide proactive improvement ideas on internal tools and processes

Your Profile

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in a commercial position is essential, preferably in the aerospace industry or a similar industrial environment
• MRO and/or Engine knowledge is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic
• Open-minded and dedicated team player
• High awareness of safety, quality, and cost
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and SAP
• Fluent in English (C1); proficiency in any additional language is a plus
