How You Can Make a Difference

We are seeking support for our Product Management team in the development of a new key project. In this versatile position, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Product Managers as part of a cross-functional team, with the opportunity to help shape the future of our portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the lead Product Manager with a new key development project.
  • Act as a member of a multidisciplinary team in the development of new and complex products and features, managing them throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Contribute to customer research, interviews, and validation of product concepts with international prospects and stakeholders.
  • Document customer problems and assist in developing clear and precise product requirements for review by senior product managers and management.
  • Support senior team members in the documentation of product visions and strategies for products and market segments.
  • Organize and administer meetings, and assist with the creation of presentations, timelines, and status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and quality standards throughout the innovation process.

What You Bring Along

  • Background in Engineering, Economics, Life Sciences, or related fields (Bachelor's or Master's).
  • Initial experience in Product or Project Management, ideally in the medical device industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and quick understanding of complex topics.
  • Structured, independent, and proactive working style.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PM tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with UX, human factors, or industrial design is a plus.
  • Knowledge of mechanical ventilation and/or medical device regulations is a plus.

The position requires up to 20% travel time (internationally).
