As part of its ongoing growth trajectory, we seek an experienced and dynamic individual to join as a Product Manager in Polymer Trading.

Your Role

In this multifaceted position, you will assume full commercial responsibility for specific products, managing their buying and selling across international markets. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Full P&L responsibility for defined products
• Buying and selling of polymers
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with international producers and customers
• Negotiating prices, quantities, as well as payment and delivery terms
• Managing inventory, trading positions, and profit margins
• Monitoring market developments and identifying new business opportunities
• Close collaboration with sales, logistics, and finance teams

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Proven experience in international plastic trading (mandatory)
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to develop innovative commercial solutions to support business strategy
• An existing network within the industry
• Valid Swiss work permit (mandatory)
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage
