The Business Unit Process Analytics designs, produces, and distributes state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in the biopharmaceutical, chemical, and brewing industries. Our product portfolio features sensors for critical process parameters such as pH value, oxygen, and cell density, which are vital in biological processes and recognized worldwide for their innovative technology.

How You Can Make a Difference

Your Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle - from concept to phase-out.
  • Identify market and customer needs and translate them into clear product requirements and strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to ensure product success.
  • Drive the strategic development of the portfolio by recognizing growth opportunities, technological trends, and new applications.
  • Own the business case: conduct financial evaluations, define priorities, and support decision-making within portfolio and roadmap planning.
  • Represent the portfolio in internal committees and engage with customers and business partners externally.

What You Bring Along

Your Qualifications:

  • Several years of Product Management experience, ideally in the Biopharma/Biotech environment or with technical or regulated products.
  • Proven track record in portfolio management and product strategy.
  • Degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field; additional knowledge in business administration or marketing is a strong plus.
  • Strong customer focus with a willingness to travel (approx. 30%).
  • Solid technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
  • High level of responsibility, a structured approach to work, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills - capable of engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with regulatory requirements is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
