Your Role
In our High-Speed division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring material availability and operational excellence across our procurement and supply chain processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing orders and liaising with external suppliers regarding delivery schedules, priorities, order confirmations, and shipping details.
- Closely coordinating with internal teams to initiate appropriate actions in case of deviations, such as escalation, adjustment of delivery plans, or arranging express shipments.
- Analyzing supplier forecasts and developing best practices to ensure delivery capability.
- Optimizing operations, processes, and procedures in alignment with enterprise goals.
- Acting as a connector: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and serving as a go-to resource for process clarity and system usability.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading optimization projects.
Your Background
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain execution, preferably in an industrial or project-driven environment.
- A curiosity for systems and structure, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC; knowledge of S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Knowledge of lean methodology is considered advantageous.
