About the Role

In our High Speed division, you will be instrumental in ensuring material availability and operational excellence throughout our procurement and supply chain processes. Your role will involve managing supplier relationships, optimizing workflows, and serving as a central interface among various internal teams to maintain smooth and reliable operations in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage orders and communicate with external suppliers regarding delivery schedules, priorities, order confirmations, and shipping details.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to initiate appropriate actions in case of deviations, such as escalation, adjusting delivery plans, arranging express shipments, or rerouting orders to alternative suppliers.
• Analyze supplier forecasts and develop best practices, checking feasibility and deriving measures to ensure delivery capability.
• Optimize operations, processes, and procedures in alignment with the enterprise's goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and become a key voice for process clarity and system usability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead optimization projects.

Your Background

• A degree in supply chain management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain execution—ideally in an industrial or project-driven environment.
• Curiosity for systems and structure, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC; knowledge of S/4HANA is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Knowledge of Lean methodology is a plus.
