IT Procurement & Category Specialist / IT Procurement & Category Specialistess

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute sourcing initiatives and lead related contract negotiations.
• Provide procurement and sourcing support for IT-related projects across:
  • IT Services
  • IT Operations
  • Hardware
  • Software
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sourcing strategies.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Utilize tools such as SAP Ariba (including eAuctioning), PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint to support procurement processes.
• Contribute to achieving cost efficiency and process improvement in IT procurement.

What You Bring:

• University degree, preferably in business or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing and category management, specifically within IT categories.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and results-oriented.
• Solid contract management expertise.
• Proficiency with SAP Ariba, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Business-level fluency in English.
• Must be located in Switzerland.
