Your Role

Are you ready to be part of an exceptionally ambitious project? In our Drug Product Services (DPS) business unit, we are currently seeking a Process Expert for our new sterile Drug Product facility in Stein. This outstanding role is part of a Greenfield project, where you will join a highly energized and diverse team. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring our processes remain flawless and our products world-class!

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical expert to ensure that the production line runs efficiently and effectively
• Coordinate and support the qualification of manufacturing lines, ensuring they meet strict industry standards
• Identify weaknesses in the production line and determine solutions to fix or investigate issues
• Establish, drive, and maintain good cleanroom management practices
• Collaborate with team members to successfully implement improvements and new processes

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or Engineering
• Proven experience in either aseptic filling or aseptic manufacturing, or experience in the qualification of manufacturing equipment
• Experience with highly active pharmaceutical ingredients (HAPI) is a plus
• Demonstrated experience working in a GMP-controlled environment
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus
• The ability to agilely move between various tasks during this dynamic and exciting project phase. You demonstrate strong collaboration skills and actively support your team members
