Key Responsibilities

• Review existing airframe services procurement processes and update them to effective status.
• Identify additional effective processes that need to be modeled; plan and execute their implementation.
• Contribute innovative ideas aimed at process improvements.
• Maintain close alignment with the airframe services procurement team and other business stakeholders.
• Model processes in the process tool (ProX) in accordance with applicable guidelines; plan and execute their release.

Requirements

• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s students or graduates in Business Informatics, Economics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar fields
• Strong interest in the aviation sector
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Teams)
• Familiarity with Kaizen, Lean, and/or Process Engineering principles
• Experience in automation, e.g., with Power Automate, is a plus
• Knowledge of AMOS is an advantage
• Self-driven personality with strong analytical skills
• Ability to navigate complex topics with ease
• Results-oriented and solution-focused mindset
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
