Position: Executive Director - Private Banker, Mexico
As a Private Banker within the International Private Bank, you will lead new client acquisition and retention through your extensive knowledge of investments, banking, trust services, and financial planning. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the client experience while utilizing our resources to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.

You will manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning their trust, deeply understanding their needs, offering targeted advice, developing thoughtful solutions, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Generate business results and acquire new assets from both the existing client base and new Mexican client acquisition.
- Advise clients on their overall financial health, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients as needed.
- Develop and implement investment plans aligned with clients' goals and objectives, focusing on holistic asset allocation, investment management, and tactical adjustments.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with clients' short-, medium-, and long-term needs through a goal-based planning approach.
- Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
- Work closely with other Client Advisors in the team to maximize team strengths and achieve collective goals.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Significant experience in Private Banking, specifically with ultra-high-net-worth individuals from Mexico.
- Previous business development experience targeting Mexican clients, with proficiency in profiling, negotiation, and proactively requesting referrals.
- A dynamic and credible professional who communicates clearly and possesses exceptional presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with a disciplined and systematic approach to business management.
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, banking, and trust concepts, including asset allocation, portfolio management, brokerage accounts, and wealth planning opportunities.
- A strong reputation and established network in Mexico.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in asset allocation and multi-asset class portfolio management or sales is advantageous.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is a plus.
