Principal Researcher / Principal Researcheress

Huawei Technologies Switzerland AG - April 30, 2025

Company Overview

Huawei is a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider. Through our constant dedication to customer-centric innovation and strong partnerships, we have established robust end-to-end capabilities across carrier networks, enterprise solutions, consumer products, and cloud computing. Our technologies are deployed in over 170 countries, serving more than one-third of the world’s population.

With 28 sites across Europe and a team of 2,000 researchers, Huawei’s European Research Institute (ERI) is at the forefront of both fundamental and applied technology research. The ERI oversees academic cooperation projects and strategic technical planning within our European R&D facilities, including the Zurich Research Center (ZRC) in Zurich, Switzerland.

The research conducted at the lab will involve both Huawei’s internal research staff and our esteemed academic partners from universities across Europe. The environment fosters collaboration, enabling academics to engage in fundamental long-term research alongside Huawei staff, thereby creating a space conducive to world-leading scientific exploration.
