Our client is a leading provider in the healthcare sector, operating medical practices across various locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Practice Manager for General Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

As the Practice Manager for General Internal Medicine, you will oversee patient-oriented practice workflows. This role includes support from a professional team, particularly in administrative and regulatory matters. The practice boasts modern infrastructure, including a practice information system, digital X-ray, EKG, ultrasound, and a laboratory, along with a substantial patient base, ensuring a solid financial foundation for future growth. You will collaborate closely with medical colleagues while also delivering independent medical care to patients.

Requirements

• Specialist title in General Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience in a demanding environment, capable of making ad-hoc decisions and taking personal responsibility
• Team-oriented personality with strong social competence and flexibility
• Independent working style, solid training, and experience in a similar leadership role
• Good communication skills in German; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
