Our client is quickly looking to enhance their team with a Property Manager in either Geneva or Nyon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage condominiums, ensuring smooth operation.
- Preside over General Assemblies and committees, fostering effective communication.
- Prepare maintenance and renovation budgets, managing financial resources wisely.
- Conduct property inspections and monitor maintenance and renovation projects.
- Maintain direct communication with co-owners and contracted companies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Holder of a commercial employee diploma or equivalent training.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Swiss property management company.
- Fluency in French; proficiency in English and German is an asset.
- Strong autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to work under stress.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Must possess a Swiss or valid work permit.
