The Professorship of International Relations and Data Science is currently seeking a postdoctoral researcher for a two-year position (100%). The position is based at ETH Zurich and is supervised by Prof. Livia Schubiger.
The candidate will collaborate with the IRDS group on projects that apply natural language processing (NLP), causal inference, and machine learning to investigate norms surrounding gender-based and other forms of violence, as well as explore strategies to mitigate such violence.
The selected candidate will be part of Professor Livia Schubiger's group at ETH Zurich. The candidate is expected to conduct research for group projects while also pursuing an independent research agenda.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic qualifications, strong coding and writing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced interdisciplinary environment. The start date is negotiable, and the position is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
