About the Role

Duration: 1 year

Location: Stein, Aargau

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support laboratory team with expert analytics to ensure efficient and compliant lab operations
  • Review and approve analytical data in alignment with GxP and HSE standards
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of drug substances and products
  • Organize and interpret complex data using diverse instrumental technologies
  • Lead method transfer and optimization initiatives across projects
  • Manage equipment qualification, calibration, and breakdown resolution
  • Prepare and execute equipment qualification plans for new technologies
  • Report technical complaints and adverse events within 24 hours of receipt

What you'll bring to the role:

Work Experience:

  • Completed doctoral degree in chemistry, biology, or pharmacy (obtained within the past 2 years)
  • Proven experience in analytical techniques and laboratory operations
  • Strong understanding of GxP and HSE compliance standards
  • Proficiency in instrumental analysis methods (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy)

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with equipment qualification and calibration processes

Languages:

  • Fluency in English; German is a plus
