Your Tasks
- Conduct in-house and large-scale facility experiments
- Analyse scientific data and publish findings in peer-reviewed, high-impact scientific journals
- Support and maintain laboratory equipment
- Collaborate with other scientists on overlapping projects
- Maintain accurate records of work in lab notebooks and electronic files
Your Profile
- PhD degree in physics with a solid understanding of condensed matter physics, quantum mechanics, and magnetism
- Expertise in X-ray based magnetic imaging or scanning probe microscopy for magnetism
- Experience in research involving correlated materials and magnetism
- Good software skills for data analysis
- Interest in a wide range of physics and experimental techniques
- Ability to adapt to new challenges
- Independent researcher with strong teamwork skills
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
