Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in maintaining a welcoming and clean environment for our guests. The following responsibilities will be part of your role:
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Ensure tidiness and cleanliness throughout the entire hotel entrance and hall area
- Vacuum the entrance area to maintain a pristine appearance
- Wash and maintain stone floors
- Vacuum and wash the floors in all three lifts, while cleaning the walls, mirrors, and menu boxes
- Vacuum the reception office and box area; empty waste paper baskets regularly
- Keep the cloakroom tidy and organized
- Maintain cleanliness in the garden
- Regularly brush down all upholstered furniture and vacuum as necessary
- Clean the fireplace to keep it in excellent condition
- Regular maintenance of all lamps to ensure a well-lit environment
- Keep the hotel entrance immaculate, inside and out, ensuring it is free of snow during winter months
- Keep the parquet floor in the hall clean; wash when necessary
- Empty ashtrays regularly to maintain a pleasant atmosphere
- Conduct all rounds and checks according to the established plan
- Collect breakfast orders from all floors promptly
- For winter months, carry skis and ski boots from arriving guests to the ski room
- If necessary, accompany guests to the railway station or collect them from the station
- Assist with collecting or dropping off luggage for guests at the railway station
- Keep electric cars clean at all times
- Respond to and act upon guest requests related to the overnight in-room dining menu and housekeeping
