The historical Hotel Falken is seeking a motivated Porter Team Member to join our dedicated team.

The Falken is a small family-run hotel situated in the heart of the Swiss Alps, in Wengen. Having been in the same family since its inception in 1895, we are looking for someone who thrives in a family-like atmosphere and enjoys working alongside an international team. Our region is vibrant and dynamic, with a youthful team that embodies the spirit of Wengen.

During the winter, you’ll have the opportunity to partake in various winter sports with the slopes right outside our main entrance. In the summer, activities such as hiking and camping await you.

Main Duties

• Driving guests to and from the hotel and train station
• Being the first and last point of contact for our guests
• Assisting with delivering bags and collecting orders
• Supporting the housekeeping team with linen, restocking, and general on-floor support
• Coordinating with housekeeping, reception, and the restaurant
• Catering to guests' special requests
• Assisting the kitchen when needed

Requirements

• Driver’s license
• Fluent in English and basic German or Italian; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility with hours due to the seasonal work environment
