Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ in milling and large part machining
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
- Independent production of individual parts and small series of cubic small, medium, and large parts
- Ability to measure the required tools using our Speroni tool presetting device
- Perform general maintenance tasks and troubleshooting on our machines
- Possession of Category B license
Job Responsibilities
Independently set up and operate our CNC milling machines including:
- Unisign Uniport 6000P
- Heller H6000
- DIXI 410
Knowledge Requirements
- Strong understanding of CNC technology
- Familiarity with Siemens Sinumerik 840D and Fanuc systems
