Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing various precision grinding tools from start to finish, which includes the following key tasks:
- Producing blanks: weighing powder, filling molds, and hot pressing, shaping bodies
- Turning bodies: primarily on conventional machines, with some tasks on CNC machines
- Dressing grinding materials (grinding), possibly bonding beforehand
- Balancing and labeling bodies
- Manufacturing individual pieces, small series, and prototypes (mostly 1–50 pieces)
- Depending on skills, additional tasks may be required, such as conceptualizing and producing operating resources and maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as a Polymechanic or Production Mechanic EFZ
- Flexibility, personal responsibility, and a high quality standard for one’s own work
- Strong craftsmanship skills and good spatial imagination
- Economic and team-oriented approach
- Willingness for continuous development and readiness to learn
