Job Description
- Set up CNC machining centers according to documentation
- Independently program and optimize CNC and ABB robot programs
- Secure, document, and enhance CNC machining processes and automation processes in series production
- Create, adjust, and manage setup data sheets
- Program, sample, and document automation processes
- Instruct and supervise employees
- Ensure and document production quality and quantity
- Conduct process analyses and implement measures in consultation
- Assist with maintenance and repair work
- Work in a 2-shift operation
We Expect
- Completed technical training with a focus on machining processes (such as polymechanic or manufacturing mechanic)
- Experience in CNC machining and robotics programming
- Enthusiasm for developing and securing robust processes
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
- A collaborative team player
