Job Description
- Set up CNC machining centers according to provided documentation
- Independently program and optimize CNC and ABB robot programs
- Secure, document, and enhance CNC machining and automation processes in series production
- Create, adjust, and manage setup data sheets
- Program, sample, and document automation processes
- Instruct and supervise employees
- Ensure and document production quality and quantity
- Conduct process analyses and implement improvements in consultation with the team
- Assist with maintenance and repair tasks
- Operate on a 2-shift basis
We Expect
- Completed technical training with a focus on machining processes (such as polymechanic, manufacturing mechanic, etc.)
- Experience in CNC machining and robotics programming
- A motivation to develop and maintain robust processes
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
- Strong team player skills
