Job Description

As a Polymechanic EFZ, you will play a vital role in our operations, engaging in the following:

• Development & Manufacturing: Develop and manufacture individual parts, prototypes, and small series based on technical drawings and customer specifications.
• Production: Participate in our production processes, ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards.
• Machining: Operate CNC machines for the production of individual parts and small series.
• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machines and systems as needed.

We Expect

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ or over three years of relevant professional experience in the industry.
• Solid knowledge of common machining processes, including turning, milling, and grinding.
• Experience in handling CNC machines effectively.
• Strong technical understanding and spatial visualization skills.
• An independent work style complemented by a team-oriented approach.
