We are currently seeking motivated and experienced assembly mechanics for a temporary position at a 100% workload for our client, an internationally operating industrial company based in Winterthur. Job Description

In this position, you will take full responsibility for the mechanical assembly of compressors. Your role will involve precisely assembling and aligning machine components, conducting measurements, and working with large components using the overhead crane. You will complete your tasks independently and in rhythm within our structured two-shift operation. Your focus will be on precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork.

We Expect

• Completed training as a polymechanic or equivalent education
• Several years of experience in the assembly or commissioning of larger machines
• Experience with overhead cranes (up to 20 tons); crane certification is mandatory
• Enthusiasm for mechanical connections and manual skills
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office; SAP is an advantage)
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:15–22:45)
• Good knowledge of German, both spoken and written (minimum B1)
