Tasks

During this internship, you will be an integral part of a motivated and diverse team in Zurich within the Lufthansa (LHG) Digital Solutions domain. A structured, analytical, and technical mindset combined with a team-player attitude is essential. Join us on our digital air retailing journey!

  • Contribute to the development of PMO processes and tools within a team of solution experts.
  • Participate in projects of varying sizes as a PMO.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of our knowledge management solutions.
  • Support the coordination of LHG’s IATA work under the PSC.
  • Assist in preparing internal management reporting, briefings, presentations, and approval papers, ensuring alignment with other departments.
  • Drive internal marketing initiatives, including the publication of newsletters and release presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's students or graduates in Engineering or Business Administration (Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters)
  • Proficient in MS Office 360 (TEAMS, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly structured, organized, and proactive
  • Able to swiftly understand interconnections in a complex environment
  • Technically curious and passionate about the airline industry
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Agile Methodology is highly appreciated
  • Very good spoken and written English skills
