Tasks

In this internship, you will be part of a motivated and diverse team in Zurich within the Lufthansa (LHG) Digital Solution domain. A structured, analytical, and technical mindset, along with a team-player attitude, is key. Join us on our digital air retailing journey!

  • Contribute to developing PMO processes and tools within a team of solution experts
  • Participate in various sized projects as a PMO
  • Contribute to the development of our knowledge management solutions
  • Support in the coordination of LHG’s IATA work under the PSC
  • Contribute to the preparation of internal (management) reporting, briefings, presentations, approval papers, and alignments with other departments
  • Drive internal marketing initiatives, including the publication of our newsletter and release presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's students or graduates in Engineering and/or Business Administration (Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters)
  • Excellent MS Office 365 skills (TEAMS, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly structured, organized, and proactive
  • Ability to quickly understand interlinkages in a complex environment
  • Technically curious and an airline industry enthusiast
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Agile Methodology is highly appreciated
  • Very good spoken and written English skills
