Job Description
You will be an integral part of the Infrastructure Department ("Platform & Services") within a dynamic financial technology environment. Here, you will help build and operate the infrastructure that supports our digital asset platform, allowing clients to protect, invest, and trade with confidence. Our team oversees the entire lifecycle of production, testing, and development environments, providing the essential services that enable engineering teams to deliver and manage solutions reliably at scale.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure that production environments are consistently efficient and operational.
- Support services across production, testing, and development environments, ensuring availability, efficiency, monitoring, alerting, and resilience, as well as providing on-call support.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of cost-effective, large-scale infrastructure systems, including cloud services, networking, and storage solutions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in operating services, ideally in demanding environments.
- Familiarity with SRE principles and practices, including automation, monitoring, and incident management, with a keen interest in furthering your expertise.
- Hands-on exposure to modern DevOps tooling (Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, Shell); experience with several of these tools is advantageous.
- Exposure to DevOps build and testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to deploy and operate solutions and integrate them into existing production environments, with assistance from senior team members for more complex tasks.
- Some experience with database manipulation (SQL) and software development, preferably in Go, Java, or Python.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn, with a strong focus on goals, and a team-oriented, results-driven attitude.
