Job Description

In the modern injection molding department with 30 machines, you can expect a variety of engaging and responsible tasks. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Setting up and adjusting the machines, particularly the Aarburg machines
• Conducting sampling and material testing
• Optimizing processes and monitoring series production to ensure product quality
• Serving as the first point of contact for any disruptions in series operation, resolving issues quickly and efficiently

Your teamwork is crucial in achieving production targets and enhancing efficiency.

You should have completed training in the plastics industry, ideally as a plastics technologist or plastic molder with a specialization in injection molding. Willingness to work in a two-shift operation is essential. We value an independent and goal-oriented work style, as well as strong teamwork, social competence, commitment, and dynamism.
