The ideal candidate will have completed training in the plastics industry, preferably as a plastic technologist or plastic molder with a specialization in injection molding. You should be prepared to work in a two-shift operation. A self-directed, goal-oriented work style, along with the ability to function effectively within a team, is essential. High social competence, commitment, and dynamism are highly valued.
