Job Description
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production facilities, including machines, chemical processing, assembly, and packaging.
- Operate machines for the production of products in accordance with production specifications, schedules, cost/waste targets, and quality standards.
- Transport, package, and sort raw materials or finished products.
- Monitor production quality to identify, sort out, or rework defective products.
- Maintain accurate daily production records to analyze manufacturing performance.
We Expect
- A willingness to work in a 4-shift system, including both day and night shifts.
- Compliance with rules for discipline, order, safety, and quality.
- Conducting quality controls through both optical incoming and outgoing inspections.
- Performing daily machine checks in accordance with instructions and regulations.
- Completing additional tasks as directed by the shift leader or lead operator.
