Job Description

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the packing and production equipment assigned to you. You will lead your team members effectively, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. Your role includes:

• Conducting regular quality checks to maintain our high standards.
• Adhering to strict quality and hygiene guidelines, ensuring our customers receive only the finest Swiss products.
• Compiling accurate production reports consistently.
• Keeping the production plan in mind and managing production orders effectively.

We Expect

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical affinity for machinery and a keen awareness of hygiene protocols. Ideal qualifications include:

• Initial knowledge of SAP system applications.
• Flexibility, willingness to work shifts (3-shift system), and mobility.
• Very good oral and written skills in German (at least B2 level).
