Job Description

As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and monitoring of our state-of-the-art production facility. Your role will involve ensuring the timely production of high-quality concrete in accordance with specified formulas and specifications. In addition to operating the machinery, you will carefully oversee the production process to guarantee a continuous and efficient workflow. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the maintenance and minor repairs of the equipment while actively contributing to our commitment to high safety and environmental standards.

We Expect

• A completed technical education, ideally in mechanical engineering, operational technology, or a related field
• Experience in operating and maintaining production facilities, preferably in the building materials industry
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to identify and resolve malfunctions effectively
