Our client is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) specializing in the development and construction of plants and piping systems for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and energy industries. Their state-of-the-art production facilities manufacture these plants, which are then installed on-site at the customer’s location.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the entire operational planning for workshops and construction sites across Switzerland. This includes the allocation of production resources, personnel, materials, vehicles, and machinery. With the support of our facility in the Czech Republic, you will coordinate the deployment of hired workers throughout Switzerland.
Your role requires daily collaboration with sales, project and assembly managers, and purchasing teams. Additionally, you will manage purchasing activities for specific materials and tools, and oversee the inspection of incoming goods. Ideally, you will also be capable of performing maintenance and repair tasks on our plants.
Your impressive contributions to the team will be recognized, providing you with opportunities for professional growth within the company. You will report directly to the Business Unit Manager of "Industrial Installations."
