Position: Planning & Fulfillment Specialist
We are seeking a motivated Planning & Fulfillment Specialist to contribute to the transformation, harmonization, and digitalization of our Planning & Fulfillment processes as part of our global SAP S/4HANA program. In this pivotal role, you will improve planning efficiency, implement scalable processes, and enable our global teams with structured training and performance transparency. This position is based at our global headquarters in Baden, Switzerland, and reports directly to the Head of Value Chain Planning & Fulfillment.
Your Responsibilities
- Improve planning efficiency by analyzing, streamlining, and implementing Planning & Fulfillment processes (Capacity Planning, Order Planning, Order Processing) with an emphasis on simplification, harmonization, and scalability.
- Own transformation efforts during the SAP S/4HANA rollout, including testing, cut-over, go-live, and hypercare.
- Design and implement a consistent KPI framework across divisions to enhance transparency and facilitate decision-making.
- Create engaging training content, documentation, and playbooks, and conduct impactful training sessions.
- Establish and manage a central SharePoint for process guidance, KPIs, training resources, and role descriptions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to become the go-to resource for process clarity and system usability.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and transform feedback into actionable changes.
Your Background
- A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain execution, preferably in an industrial or project-driven environment.
- A strong curiosity for systems and structure, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA (rollout experience is an asset).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset; you take initiative to drive progress.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and convey them clearly to diverse audiences.
- Fluent in German and English.
