With your structured mindset, ability to connect processes and systems, and your drive for continuous improvement, you will help shape the future of our end-to-end supply chain planning. Collaboration with stakeholders from operations, supply chain, procurement, and IT will be essential as you join the Supply & Value Chain Excellence business unit.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Improve how we plan: Analyze, streamline, and implement Planning & Fulfillment processes (Capacity Planning, Order Planning, Order Processing) focusing on simplification, harmonization, and scalability.
  • Deliver transformation: Take ownership of activities throughout the SAP S/4HANA rollout—from testing and cutover to go-live and hypercare.
  • Drive performance: Design and implement a consistent KPI framework across divisions to enhance transparency and decision-making.
  • Enable people: Create intuitive training content, documentation, and playbooks, and deliver impactful training sessions.
  • Own knowledge: Build and manage a central SharePoint for process guidance, KPIs, training materials, and role descriptions.
  • Act as a connector: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and serve as a go-to resource for clarity on processes and system usability.
  • Make it better: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and translate feedback into actionable enhancements.

Your Background:

  • A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain execution, preferably in an industrial or project-driven environment.
  • Curiosity for systems and structure, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA (rollout experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive mindset—taking initiative to drive progress.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Your Benefits:

  • Canteen
  • Childcare
  • Modern office environment with smart working opportunities
  • Flexible working model
  • Attractive holiday plan
  • Remote work policy
  • Employee assistance program
