  • Drive performance: Design and implement a consistent KPI framework across divisions to enhance transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Enable people: Create intuitive training content, documentation, and playbooks – and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Own knowledge management: Build and manage a central SharePoint for process guidance, KPIs, training resources, and role descriptions.
  • Act as a connector: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and become a reliable source for process clarity and system usability.
  • Champion improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous enhancement and transform feedback into actionable solutions.

Your Background

  • A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain execution – preferably in an industrial or project-driven environment.
  • A keen curiosity for systems and structures, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA (rollout experience is advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset – taking initiative to drive progress.
  • A capacity for simplifying complex concepts and articulating them clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
