You will be crafting Neapolitan-style pizzas with a modern twist, utilizing sourdough and the highest quality ingredients. Your aim is to translate the essence of our ALBA pizza manifesto into seasonal culinary experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all food is prepared according to food preparation requirements.
- Producing meals on time and ensuring sufficient quantities are available for various areas.
- Staying updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously refine your craft.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture, supporting team growth and efficiency.
- Determining food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering based on forecasts with the goal of supporting ALBA's local and artisanal suppliers.
What We Are Looking For
We prioritize attitude in our hiring process. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required, with a preference for experience in Neapolitan-style pizza.
- An interest in working with sourdough; previous experience using sourdough is an advantage.
- Intermediate level proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus but not mandatory.
- A valid category B driving license.
- Great energy, a proactive attitude, and a spirit of teamwork.
- A boundless passion for hospitality, pizza, and Italian-inspired cuisine.
