Your responsibilities include preparing Neapolitan-style pizzas with a modern twist, utilizing sourdough and high-quality ingredients. You will bring the essence of our ALBA pizza manifesto to life through seasonal culinary experiences.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to food preparation standards.
- Guarantee meals are produced punctually and in sufficient quantities for various service areas.
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously refine your craft.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture, supporting team growth and efficiency.
- Determine food inventory needs, restock, and place orders based on forecasts, prioritizing ALBA's local and artisanal suppliers.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience is essential. Experience with Neapolitan-style pizzas is a plus.
- An interest in working with sourdough; prior experience would be advantageous.
- Intermediate knowledge of English; Italian is preferred but not required.
- A valid Category B driving license.
- Great energy, a proactive attitude, and a strong team spirit.
- A boundless passion for hospitality, pizza, and Italian-inspired cuisine.
- A willingness to learn, embrace new responsibilities, and grow with Mimo-Hospitality & ALBA Sourdough Pizza.
