Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to support our Phytotechnology team in plant analysis.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Be part of the NutEx Discovery Group and assist in all practical work related to our phytotechnology projects.
- Responsible for quality control of our plant products, known as PhytoComplex under the EDGEOS brand.
- Work within the phytochemistry team to develop, optimize, and execute phytochemical analytical methods.
- Collaborate in data evaluation.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a Laboratory Technician with experience in analytics (especially HPLC analysis of plant or natural substances) or a degree in "Life Sciences" with substantial knowledge and practical experience in natural product chemistry, including plant secondary metabolites and HPLC analysis.
- Specific knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Phytochemistry, analytical techniques such as HPLC-UV, HPLC-MS, and others.
- Excellent computer and software skills in Word, Excel, and HPLC software.
- Proficient in written and spoken German and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- An open and communicative personality, willing to thrive in a discovery-oriented environment with non-linear workflows.
Location
This role will be based in Arbon, Switzerland; local labor conditions apply.
