Job Opportunity: Phytotechnology Support
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to support our Phytotechnology team in plant analysis.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Become an integral part of the NutEx Discovery Group, assisting with all practical aspects related to our phytotechnology projects.
- Handle quality control of our plant products, branded as PhytoComplex under EDGEOS.
- Collaborate with the phytochemistry team to develop, optimize, and execute phytochemical analytical methods.
- Engage in data evaluation to support project outcomes.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a Laboratory Technician with experience in analytics (particularly HPLC analysis of plant or natural substances), or a degree in Life Sciences with extensive knowledge and practical experience in natural product chemistry, including plant secondary metabolites and HPLC analysis.
- Specific expertise in one or more of the following areas: Phytochemistry, and analytical techniques such as HPLC-UV, HPLC-MS.
- Proficient computer and software skills in Word, Excel, and HPLC software.
- Good written and spoken proficiency in both German and English.
- A strong ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with colleagues.
- An open and communicative personality, willing to thrive in a discovery environment with partly non-linear workflows.
