How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure processes meet production programs and yield goals while addressing any product yield and rework issues.
- Engage with equipment and material vendors to develop new solutions and enhance existing processes, ensuring the smooth functioning of the production line.
- Develop new techniques, modify existing designs, and coordinate process improvement projects.
- Analyze process data to identify trends, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues, while implementing and regularly checking Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Independently plan and implement new machinery into the production line.
- Collaborate closely with process integration, wet etch, diffusion, metals, dry etch, and implant teams to ensure seamless production.
- Support various metrology tools, such as those for measuring Critical Dimension (CD) and Overlay.
- Participate in on-call duties on weekends and public holidays as required, coordinating with other on-call service providers.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, or Physics) with 5+ years of industry experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years, or a Ph.D. with relevant industry experience.
- Extensive experience in wafer photolithography operations, particularly in coating and exposure using Steppers, within a wafer manufacturing environment (thin-film-head or semiconductor wafer manufacturing).
- Familiarity with automated wafer factory software systems like SPC and MES, along with experience in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of optics and immersion lithography.
- Proficiency in data science and programming is preferred.
- Good command of English and German language skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment.
