Your Tasks

• Apply time-resolved cryo-EM and complementary biophysical techniques to capture dynamic structural changes during protein activation with high spatial and temporal resolution.
• Prepare samples of protein complexes for structural and biophysical studies.
• Perform cryo-EM data collection, image processing, and 3D reconstruction.
• Integrate cryo-EM results with additional biophysical data to obtain comprehensive mechanistic insights.
• Present research findings at national and international scientific conferences.
• Publish results in peer-reviewed scientific journals.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in biochemistry, structural biology, or a related discipline completed before February 2026.
• Experience in one or more of the following: membrane protein biochemistry/biophysics, cryo-EM, X-ray crystallography, or spectroscopy.
• Strong motivation to work on ambitious, interdisciplinary projects at the frontier of structural biology.
