Your Tasks
- Develop and implement advanced computational models to simulate the evolution of CCs, incorporating particle-to-particle interactions and collisional effects, spanning from the classical relativistic regime into quantum.
- Analyze simulation results and experimental data to understand the impact of density perturbations, thermalization, and entropy on beam properties.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computational Science, or Engineering.
- Strong computational skills, including HPC and particle-in-cell methods.
- Knowledge of Kokkos is an additional benefit.
- Good understanding of plasma and quantum physics, including correlated systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
