We are offering an exclusive PhD position to a talented and highly motivated student. You will have the opportunity to investigate interactions between metallopharmaceuticals and cells using a wide range of biochemical and cell biological methods. Additionally, you will work interdisciplinary in close collaboration with various research groups located at the University of Bern and Inselspital Bern.
We are seeking an enthusiastic student with a Master's degree in cell biology, biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biomedicine, or pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and eager to tackle multifaceted scientific challenges. While experience in molecular biology, tissue culture, or related techniques is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
As a university hospital employee, you will benefit from a state-of-the-art research environment. The position is fully funded for a period of three years and will be supervised by Prof. Dr. Dr. J. T. Heverhagen. The PhD position is full-time and compensated according to the Swiss National Science Foundation standards.
