We are excited to offer an exclusive PhD position to a talented and highly motivated student. The successful candidate will investigate the interactions between metallopharmaceuticals and cells using a wide array of biochemical and cell biological methods. Additionally, this role offers a unique opportunity to engage in interdisciplinary research in close collaboration with various research groups at the University of Bern and Inselspital Bern.
We seek an enthusiastic individual with a Master's degree in one of the following fields: cell biology, biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biomedicine, or pharmacy. Candidates should be detail-oriented and eager to tackle multifaceted scientific challenges. Although experience in molecular biology, tissue culture, or related techniques is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
As a valued university hospital employee, you will benefit from a state-of-the-art research environment. The position is funded for a period of three years and will be supervised by Prof. Dr. Dr. J. T. Heverhagen. This full-time PhD position is compensated in accordance with the Swiss National Science Foundation standards.
