PhD Student in Aerosol Science (Male / Female)

Your Tasks

• Conduct scientific research on the spatial distribution of air pollutants in Romania using a mobile laboratory.
• Perform measurements in collaboration with the Romanian-Swiss project ACTRIS.
• Operate AMS, VOCUS-PTR-MS, and other advanced instruments.
• Conduct source apportionment analyses of the collected data.
• Support other PhD students involved in the project and laboratory work.
• Write peer-reviewed publications and project-related reports.
• Complete the PhD thesis at ETH.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in aerosol science or a related field.
• Experience in measurements and data analysis.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
