Your Tasks
- Perform ^14C and aerosol mass spectrometer analyses on filters collected in Eastern Europe and Asia.
- Contribute to developing new workflows for methanol extraction with the aerosol mass spectrometer.
- Conduct source apportionment of organics and elemental carbon for different regions.
- Carry out offline measurements both at PSI and the University of Bern.
- Publish findings in high-impact journals.
- Write a thesis for a PhD degree at ETH Zurich.
- Support other projects within the laboratory.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Atmospheric Science or a related field.
- Laboratory experience is advantageous.
- Proficient programming skills (e.g., Python) and strong data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent oral and written English proficiency.
- A team player with a collaborative spirit.
