PhD Candidate in Electrocatalysis / PhD Candidate in Electrocatalysis

ETH Zurich - January 24, 2026

PhD Position Focused on Electrocatalysis

100%, Zurich, fixed-term

Our group explores how electrolyte environments influence reaction kinetics and product selectivity in the electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR) and related electrocatalytic processes. We emphasize mechanistic insights and employ advanced in-situ characterization techniques (e.g., FTIR, Raman, DEMS, EQCM, GC) alongside detailed electrochemical studies. We are seeking a PhD researcher to contribute and grow within these efforts.
